INSTRUCTIONS: Clean your hands thoroughly. Trim the strip to your preferred size and apply it over the braces. For extra comfort: if the braces are misaligned, slice the strip into smaller sections for 1-2 braces; smooth the edges with a file; dip it in warm water to shape it. Remove the strip before meals. For cleaning, we suggest using B rush Ultrafine toothbrushes.
